We do not offer refunds. Please see size chart for garments. Orders are available for replacement only if item is defective. We must be notified within 24 hours of customer receiving order. Proof of defective product will be required. All sales are final. 
Process Time: NoSmallDreamsShop's "Process time" in definition is the process of MAKING or of FINISHING a product. This does not include shipping time. All products sold in the shop which includes the following: Drinkware, Apparel, Accessories, Office Supplies can take up to 7-14 Business days. Any "PRE-ORDER" items will have a different time frame and will be listed in the description of the item(s). 

Shipping Policy: ALL PACKAGES HAVE INSURANCE. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages that may occur during transit. Please contact the carrier to submit a claim using your tracking number. NoSmallDreamsShop will not refund or replace your order. YOU are in charge of your correct shipping address. Leaving out Apt numbers or not providing a updated address will not be covered by us for reshipment.Domestic Shipping can take 3-7 business days. International Shipping can take 1-3 Months. This excludes weekends and holidays.
